Tejas Shah is a Vice President at Charger responsible for all aspects of the investment process including opportunity evaluation, due diligence, structuring and execution as well as corporate strategy / development. Previously, Mr. Shah was a Vice President at H.I.G. Capital. While at H.I.G., Mr. Shah evaluated and executed investments across industries and in a variety of transaction types. Prior to joining H.I.G., Mr. Shah worked at Court Square Capital Partners and J.P. Morgan in its Mergers & Acquisitions group.
Mr. Shah graduated with a B.S. from the USC Marshall School of Business. He also holds an M.B.A. from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
