LOS ANGELES, March 1, 2021 – Charger Investment Partners, a middle market private equity firm, is pleased to announce that Aaron Figura has joined the firm as a Managing Director. Mr. Figura will be responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and leading investments, as well as supporting the portfolio and contributing to the firm’s strategic direction.
Mr. Figura has over 15 years of M&A experience and was most recently a Principal at OpenGate Capital, where he led investments primarily within the industrial manufacturing and services sectors. Mr. Figura’s extensive transaction experience includes corporate carve-outs, reorganizations, management buy-outs, and private sales.

Prior to joining OpenGate, Mr. Figura spent time as both a principal investor and investment banker, leading dozens of successful middle market transactions. Throughout his career, Mr. Figura has consistently made significant contributions to his organizations and his portfolio companies.
