Bio
Adam Tomar is a Vice President at Charger responsible for all aspects of the investment process including opportunity evaluation, due diligence, structuring and execution as well as corporate strategy / development. Previously, Mr. Tomar was an Associate at Solace Capital Partners where he evaluated and executed investments across a variety of industries. Prior to joining Solace, Mr. Tomar worked at Guggenheim Partners where he focused on control-oriented special situations and distressed debt investments as a member of the corporate opportunity fund.
Mr. Tomar graduated with a B.S. from the Boston College Carroll School of Management.
