Bob Guillen is responsible for supporting and directing operational and value creation strategies for Charger’s portfolio companies and assisting in the firm’s investment initiatives. Previously, Mr. Guillen served as both Vice President of Finance and a Senior Associate on Charger’s investment team. Before joining Charger, Mr. Guillen worked in KPMG LLP’s Transaction and Advisory practice. Mr. Guillen holds a B.A. from Loyola Marymount University.
