Clayton Reible is a Senior Associate at Charger, where he is responsible for evaluating new investment opportunities, conducting due diligence, executing transactions, and supporting value creation initiatives across the firm’s portfolio. Mr. Reible rejoined Charger in 2026 after his time at P4G Capital, where he focused on control investments across the industrials, manufacturing, and services sectors. Previously, Mr. Reible spent over three years at Charger, supporting the evaluation and execution of investments across the firm’s core areas of focus. Mr. Reible began his career as an Analyst in the Consumer & Retail group at UBS Investment Bank. He graduated with a B.B.A. in Real Estate and Finance, Investment & Banking from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
