Zoltan Berty is a Managing Director at Charger. Previously, Mr. Berty was a Senior Operating Advisor at Corbel Capital Partners, where he supported the sourcing and execution of investment opportunities across all three of Corbel’s fund strategies with an emphasis on lower middle market equity investments. Prior to this, Mr. Berty was a co-founder and partner at Prolign Capital. Along with its predecessor entity, Prolign was a leading equity investor in lower middle market companies in partnership with independent sponsors. Mr. Berty graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, magna cum laude, from the University of Southern California. Mr. Berty is also a Certified Public Accountant (inactive license).
